At Kadel, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns.
We do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that custom, made-to-order, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
