Born and raised in Colombia, in a family dominated by strong women, I was surrounded not only by my four aunts and grandmother but also by Colombian emeralds, which were always—and still are—the main attractions on special occasions.

Years later, with a growing fascination for fine jewelry, I nervously enrolled in jewelry design classes. I must admit, my initial drawings were terrible, but with the help of my talented professor, I developed drawing and painting skills that still amaze me to this day.

As my passion for jewelry grew, I was fortunate to have my sister S. She brought her own unique talents and perspective to our shared vision, and together we decided to turn our love for jewelry into a full-fledged business. Her eye for detail and strong business acumen perfectly complement my creative drive, making us the perfect team.

The rest is history… We completely immersed ourselves in the jewelry business, and I quit my 9-to-5 job, spending my free time learning, reading, and exploring diamonds and colored stones. To this day, I remain mesmerized by the scintillation of a perfectly cut diamond, the deep, rich red of rubies, and the art of the craft. Gems—the creations of Mother Earth, shaped by heat, pressure, and time—never cease to amaze me.

At Kadel Fine Jewelry, we are drawn to the beauty of gems gifted to us by nature. We believe that each piece is unique and deserves to be treated as such. Just like wine, fine jewelry ages gracefully and brings us together to celebrate nature's treasures, to exalt our own beauty, and to help us shine from within.
