At Kadel, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns.

We do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that custom, made-to-order, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

We are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of every Kadel piece. That’s why we offer a warranty against any manufacturing defects.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@kadelfinejewelry.com. To qualify for warranty consideration, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Examples of manufacturing defects include issues such as loose settings, broken clasps, or metal flaws that are not caused by normal wear.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear, accidents, misuse, or alterations made by the customer or any other bench jeweler. 

Each case will be reviewed individually by our customer service team to determine warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution.
